The Global Games Show Week is set to transform Abu Dhabi into a hub for innovation in game dev, esports and Web3 entertainment in December 2025. Spanning from December 3-12, this week will see multiple studios, developers, and esports teams, all under the same roof, leading the future of the gaming and entertainment industry in 2026 and beyond.

Organised by the VAP Group as a part of the Abu Dhabi Innovation Week, the Global Games Show Week will feature multiple side-events, and will finally end with the Global Games Show on December 10-11, 2025. Throughout the week, these numerous events will celebrate gaming, esports, web3, and the creator economy. All these are important for the growth of a proper, viable gaming ecosystem, and the Global Games Show Week aims to promote the growth of the industry as a whole.
The side-events during the Global Games Show Week will include esports tournaments, studio showcases, developer bootcamps, influencer mixers and investor meetups. The main event of this week, the Global Games Show, will feature over 5000 attendees and 200+ speakers under one roof, to pave the way for the growth of gaming.
